Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join
our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing
our clients' Salesforce platforms to meet their unique business needs. This is
an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for Salesforce and a desire

Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to align with client requirements, including setting up user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Perform data management tasks, such as importing, exporting, and cleansing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement automation workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to streamline business processes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features and best practices, and recommend enhancements to optimize the Salesforce environment.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and usability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management best practices.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration tools, including Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
