Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to architect scalable and sustainable solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Responsibilities:

·       Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, including gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and overseeing implementation.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce architecture and design principles.

·       Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, data models, and integration specifications.

·       Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

·       Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our clients' Salesforce ecosystems.

·       Stay current with Salesforce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

·       Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design principles, providing mentorship and training to junior team members.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       Minimum of 6 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

·       Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, customization, and integration options.

·       Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including large-scale integrations, data migrations, and custom application development.

·       Strong technical skills in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.

·       Experience leading and mentoring development teams, with a passion for coaching and developing technical talent.
