We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce FSL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet our clients' unique business requirements. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their field service processes and requirements.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize field service operations and workflows.
- Customize FSL functionality, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, and integrations with other systems.
- Configure FSL components, such as service territories, service resources, skills, and service appointments.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend FSL functionality.
- Implement best practices for FSL configuration, customization, and data management to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on FSL capabilities, limitations, and recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, architects, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates related to FSL, and recommend enhancements to optimize field service operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce FSL Developer.
- Strong understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and standard functionality, including Service Appointments, Work Orders, and Service Resources.
- Proficient in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
