Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead technical solution design and implementation, leveraging Salesforce to address complex business challenges and drive success for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution design and architecture for Salesforce projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs, to meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on development support as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce practice, staying informed about new Salesforce features and industry trends, and recommending enhancements to optimize client solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture that encourages learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices, with expertise in custom development, integration, and data migration.
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
