Salesforce Project Manager

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and third-party consultants, to ensure efficient project execution and successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and proactively identify and address project risks and challenges to mitigate project delays and disruptions.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates, and provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, including project plans, requirements, design documents, and change requests, is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, preferably in Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead project teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive project success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Salesforce Agile Accelerator is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
